The Superior Court of California in Orange County spokeswoman, however, exclusively disclosed to Page Six last week that no motions to dismiss David's divorce petition had been made.

David continues to be named as the petitioner and Lesley as the respondent in their divorce action as of Wednesday morning. Lesley did not appear to have a separate petition, despite what she stated on Instagram.
