1. Editorial Control & PR Placements
When purchasing a Tier II (Editorial Feature) or Tier III (Agency Syndicate) package, you agree to the following:
- Editorial Discretion: INFOSAURS editors retain the final right to modify, copyedit, or reject PR drafts that violate our factual standards or Google News compliance guidelines.
- Search Rankings: While our architecture is heavily optimized for SEO and Google News indexing, INFOSAURS cannot guarantee specific or permanent search engine rankings, as Google's algorithms are independent and subject to change.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital and permanent nature of our publishing services, all placement and verification fees are strictly non-refundable once an article has been published or a profile successfully verified.
2. Identity Claims & Anti-Fraud
By utilizing our Identity Verification protocol (Tier I), you legally attest that you are the subject, or the authorized legal/PR representative of the subject. Submitting fraudulent claims is a violation of these Terms. INFOSAURS reserves the right to immediately terminate access, reverse profile verifications, and report fraudulent IPs without refund.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All original editorial content, site design, and code structure on INFOSAURS are the intellectual property of INFOSAURS Media AG. By submitting press releases or photographs to our platform, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display this media publicly. You warrant that you hold the legal copyright to any media you submit.
4. Takedowns & DMCA
If you believe your copyrighted work has been published on INFOSAURS without authorization, or if you require the urgent removal of an unverified profile, please contact our compliance desk immediately at info@infosaurs.com.
5. Limitation of Liability
INFOSAURS and its parent company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our publication, including damages to reputation from third-party commentary.
