Even though it's a shonen anime, Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke face more than their fair share of terrifying foes in Demon Slayer. Both the Mugen Train and Entertainment District Arcs of the second season had our favourite Demon Slayers facing off against terrifying foes that would be at home in a Junji Ito novel. Now, Ufotable has released official artwork that shows both the heroes and villains celebrating Halloween.

There have been plenty of spooky moments in the series, but the anime has yet to feature any Halloween antics involving Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke, or Zenitsu. The supernatural series hasn't been afraid to travel deep into horror territory, both for the Shonen protagonists and for the rest of the population trying to make it in a world overrun by demons. Despite the fact that there is still a lot of story to be told before the Demon Slayer Corps puts away their swords in the anime adaptation, the manga has shockingly concluded the story of Demon Slayer, with Koyoharo Gotouge's tale already concluding. The new artwork for Demon Slayer Halloween was revealed on Ufotable's official Twitter account, and it will be sent to cafés in Japan who honour the Shonen series and produce goods inspired by the universe of Tanjiro and the other members of the Demon Slayer Corp.
Following the pattern of the first two arcs of the second season, the Swordsmith Village Arc will focus on a group of Hashira who Tanjiro and his friends have not yet had any meaningful interactions with. While the end of the Entertainment District Arc may have put an end to the conflict with Gyutaro and Daki, the closing episode did hint to some much more formidable demons lurking in the shadows. In the third season, Tanjiro and his pals face some terrifying new obstacles, and the show is expected to maintain its position as one of the most popular Shonen series on television due to its gripping plot and frequent action sequences.
