Zac Efron has a youthful spirit!
On October 18, the "Greatest Beer Run Ever" actor celebrated his birthday by posting a cute picture of himself when he was just 7 years old.
In the caption of the photo, he wrote, "35, but still 7 at heart." I appreciate all the birthday love,
In the adorable photo, the actor is seen wearing a shark tooth necklace and a blue T-shirt while holding a crab in his teeth.
Efron has landed hundreds of jobs in the years since he shot to prominence as the protagonist in Disney's "High School Musical" franchise. Efron initially tended to play gorgeous but dim-witted males in "himbo" roles, but he ultimately moved into more dramatic parts and even presented a Netflix documentary series.
He told Men's Health in a September 2022 interview that Leonardo DiCaprio, another former teen star who successfully made the switch to more difficult parts, serves as his North Star.
Even Efron played a father in "Firestarter," a Stephen King sci-fi thriller novel from 1980 that was released earlier this year.
He did, however, state that he wasn't sure he was prepared to have a child in real life in an appearance on "The Ellen Show" in May 2022.
"I think I still have some growing to do. I'm not sure what to say right now, "He said it in jest. "My respect for parents is healthy. Thank you very much for them all.
While his mother was watching, he waved to her.
