Shreya means auspicious and Deshmukh should mean the leader of the country. But I would like it to mean the face of the country. True to her name Shreya, this small-town beauty with astronomical dreams holds the huge promise of becoming the auspicious face of Indian cinema.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS
She was born on 27 June 2000 to Sakshi and Prashant Deshmukh in Amravati. Mythologically claimed to be the abode of Indra, the king of all demigods, Shreya carries that Indra-like royal grandeur. She got schooled in Amravati and went to Gurukunj college in Nagpur for a degree. This lovely kid wasn't too fortunate with warm parenthood as they got divorced when she was just 1 and she has lived with her uncle ever since. Faced with such hardships, perhaps the tough times further refined this beauty teaching her the much-needed toughness and helping her to blossom completely. She is just 20 years old and her zodiac sign is cancer. I am most certain that her zodiac must be an indicator of her charms and magic, none is spared of whose cancerous invasions. This cutie is fondly called Mau.

RELATIONSHIP STATUS

She shares that she is a serious type. Her favorite colors include baby pink (perhaps the same as her lips) and light sky blue (like her endless dreams).
Mau is an avid animal lover and is especially fond of cats and kittens with whom she can be often spotted playing. Her amazing figure should not trick you about her diet. She is a certified gourmet. Her dream travel-destination include Bali and Shimla. For recreation she loves playing badminton.
CAREER
Shreya aka Mau tells that academics had never really interested her and all she has ever loved is her passion for acting (It's fortunate that a possible-Monroe wasn't wasted away engineering). When asked how she began acting, the lady smiles and recalls that she had always had a thing for photoshoots and that she used to get shot with her friend's cell phone. Then she had started finding acting much more exciting than modeling. Finally, once when she was visiting a relative in Mumbai, she had given an auditions for acting and that is how it all began.
Mau is a proud Marathi with a strong sense of ethics and morals. She has been often approached by directors with compromising and objectionable roles which she has always declined strongly. She feels that it is her acting and honesty which she wishes to monetize and not her body. Just what is expected from the people of the magnificent Maharana Pratap! Like her idol Sushant, she too is an outsider to Bollywood and still, she's fairly confident about becoming a star someday.
ROLE MODELS
Movies that have impacted Mau are Kabir Singh and Kedarnath among many others and in web series Mirzapur had struck her as amazing. She looks up to the acting of fantastic actors like Sushant Singh Rajput, Saurabh Raj Jain, Pooja Sharma, Surabhi Jyoti, and Nia Sharma.
ACTING OPPORTUNITY
She was recently part of a Marathi movie called "Tu Ek Pari" where she played the second lead. The movie is set for release shortly.
NATURE
Delving deeper into her nature we get pleasantly surprised. Her greatest positive trait is her compassion for the poor and less privileged. She regularly helps the poor and beggars with whatever she can manage. She can't see anyone suffering from hunger. Her worst trait and weakness according to her is her poor comic timing. A sudden burst of laughter in the middle of super-serious situations often leaves her awkward. As regards smoke, alcohol, and recreational drugs, Mau has successfully stayed aloof from all those stuff despite having several friends who indulge in those. What a firm resolve! Shreya explains that if or when she becomes a star she would help the poor and needy to the best of her abilities. That's what I call a perfect blend of beauty and heart.
