At Paris Fashion Week, Princess Charlene of Monaco sat front and centre once more.
Princess Charlene made her first public appearance in the French capital in nearly four years on Saturday night when she showed up as an unexpected guest at the Akris event. Prior to sitting front and centre next to the runway for the collection's outdoor presentation at the museum complex, the monarch posed by the reflecting pool of the Palais de Tokyo.
Princess Charlene, a devoted fan of the brand, donned a dark blue jacket and matching trousers from the spring/summer 2023 collection that were modelled after a 1990s style. She paid great attention to the performance, which commemorated the house's establishment by Swiss designer Alice-Kreimler Scoch in 1922 and a century later.
The centennial retrospective and fresh looks were merged in the anniversary collection.
She replied to Kriemler, the house's founder's grandson, saying "Thank you Albert for a beautiful evening and congrats on 100 years of perfection."

When she made an appearance on the red carpet at the 2012 Academy Awards, she chose the brand once more. 2011 saw Charlene go to her first Akris performance in Paris.
Princess Charlene has already begun to instil her daughter, Princess Gabriella, with her love of fashion. During Monte-Carlo Fashion Week, of which Charlene is a supporter, the princess and her daughter were seen getting ready in a candid snapshot that they shared in May.
