Jinaan Hussain (Urdu: ) is a Pakistani model, actress, singer, and painter. She began her acting career in the theatre before moving on to television. Her first television series, Aisay Jiya Jaley (2013), aired on Hum TV. She rose to prominence with Bashar Momin and later starred in several television series, including Baba Jani, Rabba Mainu Maaf Kareen, and Koji.
Hussain grew up in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Throughout her education, she received A+ in the majority of her standards and placed first in numerous Naat and Debate competitions. She studied Fine Art at National College of Arts and graduated with honours. Her main focus was on painting.
Career
She began doing theatre while studying and came to Karachi to perform in plays. She entered the television industry in 2013 and has starred in a number of serials, including Bashar Momin, Baba Jani, and Mere Mohsin. She also did modelling for magazines, commercials and advertisements. Due to health issues as a child, she changed her name from Sundus Tariq to Jinaan Hussain.
