Friends of Cara Delevingne say she is in a poor position, dealing with difficulties beyond substance misuse, and they are getting increasingly desperate to help her.

She boarded one of Jay-private Z's jets from Los Angeles last week looking dishevelled and disoriented. She got off the plane 45 minutes later, after it had failed to take off.
Margot was late for her own NYFW event because she decided to see Cara instead. In the end, she was unable to reach New York City.
