At the WWD 2022 Honors Awards, Gigi Hadid Wears a Blue Velvet Suit with Tommy Hilfiger

At the WWD 2022 Honors Awards on October 25, Gigi Hadid, a perennial fashion superstar, shone in starry blue with iconic designer Tommy Hilfiger. The 27-year-old supermodel looked stunning on the red carpet in a long, royal blue velvet suit that she paired with a regal white top and timeless white stiletto shoes. The lovely lady accessorised with layered necklaces, long golden mermaid waves, and a delicate makeup look as she flashed her renowned smile. Tommy Hilfiger, who will receive the John B. Fairchild Honor for Lifetime Achievement, joined her at the Cipriani South Street celebration venue, according to The Daily Mail. Tommy was also dressed in a blue suit, black tie, and matching shoes.
Drama surrounds Gigi as she makes a radiant entrance. The controversial designer Kanye West has received criticism from the model for his "White Lives Matter" stunt during Paris Fashion Week earlier in October. On Tuesday, October 4, she referred to Kanye as "a bully and a joke" in the comments area of a post in which he criticised Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, fashion editor of Vogue, for openly criticising his Paris fashion show. Later, on social media, Kanye responded with a blunt rebuke, likening her to a "Cabbage Patch."
However, the stunning model conquered the red carpet on Tuesday with an unflappable air. And despite looking like a natural in the fashion business, she recently admitted that she had "imposter syndrome." She admitted to having "imposter syndrome" in an interview with Vogue that was released on Friday, October 14. Gigi, who shares a 2-year-old daughter named Kai with her ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik, talked about her anxiousness at the September launch of her Guest In Residence cashmere line.

She added, "You can't model forever. "I was artistic, and that's how I envisioned my life developing. Cashmere was something I had been considering anyway, but I believe that being pregnant only made me consider how much more at ease working in an office would make me feel. I can accompany my daughter there.

Gigi will undoubtedly continue in fashion in some capacity, despite her personal reservations, if her regal appearance on Tuesday is any indication.
