Reema Khan was born Sameena Khan on October 27, 1971 in Lahore, Pakistan. She made her film debut as a child actress in the 1985 film Qismat. Javed Fazil, a Pakistani film director, first noticed her in 1990 and offered her the lead role in his film Bulandi.
Personal life
In November 2011, Reema Khan married Pakistani-American cardiologist S. Tariq Shahab (Urdu: ). Khan gave birth to her son, Azlan, on March 24, 2015.
