Khan was born on November 20, 1998, along with her twin sister Aiman Khan. In Karachi, she attended Ideal Federal Secondary School. Uzma Mubeen, her mother, is a housewife. She has three brothers in addition to Aiman. She comes from an Urdu-speaking family in Karachi. She married her co-star from the drama "Parachayee," Ahsan Mohsin Ikram, on June 11, 2021, and they later married on September 10, 2021.
Khan made his acting debut in the Geo TV drama Kaash Main Teri Beti Na Hoti (2011–12). This was followed by a supporting role in the ARY Digital sitcom series Quddusi Sahab Ki Bewah (2012).
