Gülcan Arslan was born on May 1, 1986, in Karasu, Turkey. Before appearing in various plays and commercials, she studied theatre at Sadri Alşk Cultural Center.

Career

Arslan made her television debut in the TRT1 series Sardunya Sokak. She was cast in Show TV^/s Snf in 2008 and appeared on Kanal D^/s Hepimiz Birimiz çin the following year. Later that year, she was cast in ATV^/s Gurbet Kuşlar. She joined the cast of Kafkas in 2009. She had a recurring role on Show TV^/s Kahramanlar in 2010.

In 2011, Arslan had her first leading role in the series Her eye Ramen. For 39 episodes in 2012, she was a regular on Star TV^/s Bir ocuk Sevdim. The following year, she was cast as Commissioner Leyla Candaş in the eighth season of Arka Sokaklar.

She played Saliha in the 2014 television series Günahkar. She later played Fahriye Sultan in the historical drama series Muhteşem Yüzyl: Kösem for 14 episodes. In 2017, she co-starred in the ATV series lene Kadar as Beril, alongside Engin Akyürek and Fahriye Evcen. She had a recurring role in the drama series Doduun Ev Kaderindir in 2021.
