The fashionista said in August that she was taking medication and receiving "talking therapy" to treat her anxiety, which she had battled her entire life.

"I have battled anxiety much of my life and have found useful techniques to handle it," Millie posted on Instagram.

"However, ever after locking and becoming a mother, my anxiety, especially social anxiety, has truly taken over, occupying my thoughts and making me feel caged.

"I started counselling to try and understand the origins of my anxiety, which involved revisiting some upsetting memories from my adolescence in the hopes that it would relieve some of the connection and anxiety. Instead, I found it to be quite triggering and my anxiety increased.

"After much deliberation and debate with my therapist, we determined that the best course of action for the time being would be to continue talk therapy while taking a low dose of the prescription medicine. (sic)"
