Fans have praised Cardi B's answer to a tweet regarding her bisexuality as the "bisexual awareness week tweet we needed" because it was flawless.

Using a photo of Harry Styles, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, and Cardi B and a contentious remark, Twitter user @Thelightiscumin drew the attention of the hip hop sensation.
They titled their post, "Celebrities that came out as bisexual but never dated someone of the same gender."
Quickly responding, Cardi said she didn't need to prove her sexuality to anyone.
"I was already done before you were even born.
I'm sorry I can't show you any pictures from my Razr phone, "Cardi composed.

She also replied to a fan's tweet asking if she had a relationship in high school. Cardi answered, "Lmaaooo yep when I was a freshman," to the admirer.
Fans cheered Cardi's remark and immediately defended her.

One supporter commented, "Bisexuals don't owe you a recap of their sexual and love experiences.

Added by author Lane Moore: "The tweet we needed for Bisexual Awareness Week. I appreciate you very much."

The initial post was also addressed by Moore, who argued that bisexuality was still valid regardless of a person's relationship history.

"Here's a reminder that you're still bisexual even if you've never dated someone of the same gender because biphobia always manifests itself more during bisexual awareness week. Even if you're dating someone of the opposite sex, you're still bisexual. You never need to explain that to anyone, "Moore penned.
According to the Bisexual Resource Center, being bisexual means having feelings of attraction to more than one gender, whether those feelings be physical, romantic, or emotional.

It is merely one of the sexualities that fall under the Bi+ category. These sexualities overlap and differ slightly, but in general, they can refer to an attraction to someone regardless of their gender.

Pansexual, polysexual, and omnisexual are other Bi+ sexual orientations.
From September 16 to 23, there will be Bisexual Awareness Week, commonly known as #biweek, which aims to increase knowledge of bisexual rights and foster understanding of the community.

The LGBTQ advocacy group GLAAD, which conducted research on the mistreatment and erasure of bisexual persons, co-founded the organisation.

In contrast to gay, lesbian, or non-LGBT people, bisexual people "have disproportionately high rates of physical and mental disease, and are more likely to endure sexual and intimate partner violence."
Belcalis Marlenis AlmΓ‘nzar, often known as Cardi, has been Offset's husband since 2017.

Daughter Kulture, 4, and son Wave, 1, are their children.
Cardi, who was born and bred in the Bronx, became well-known through the VH1 reality programme Love & Hip Hop: New York. Invasion of Privacy, her debut studio album, landed at the top of the Billboard charts in 2018.

Cardi became only the second female rapper to have a solo song top the charts at the time, following Lauryn Hill's 1998 smash "Doo Wop (That Thing)" with the lead single from the album "Bodak Yellow."

Cardi's accomplishments don't stop there; she has more than one billion Spotify streams, which is the most of any female rapper, and she has won numerous awards, including a Grammy and six American Music Awards.
