Theeradej Wongpuapan (Kane) (Thai: ) (born December 3, 1977 in Bangkok, Thailand) is a Thai actor and television personality. His father, who is also an actor in Thailand, encouraged him to pursue a career in show business.
Theeradej is one of Thailand's most popular actors right now. He rose to prominence as a result of his efforts in the Song Rao Nirun Dorn television series. Since then, all of his endeavors, including TV dramas, movies, and even TV ads, have grown popular among Thais.
According to a Suan Dusit poll, Theeradej was chosen the most popular Thai male star six years in a row from 2006 to 2011, and he was inducted into the Most Popular Star Hall of Fame in 2012 alongside Thongchai McIntyre and Pachrapa Chaichua.
He got four Golden Television Awards for Best Leading Actor: Ey Mah Lek (2002), Song Rao Nirun Dorn (2005), Sawan Biang (2008), and Sood Sanaeha (2009).
Biography
Weeraprawat Wongpuapan (his father) and Kanchana Wongpuapan (his mother) have a son named Theeradej Wongpuapan. His father is a director, while his mother writes TV dramas under the pen names Worapan Rawee, Leelawadee, and Daeng Rawee.
He began acting at his father's urging. He made his Channel 3 debut in 1985, at the age of seven, in The Six Siblings (), directed by his father. He then appeared on Channel 3 in the TV drama My Sweet Orange Tree (). He then quit acting in order to attend school till he was in high school. He then completed his bachelor's degree at ABAC University before moving on to the Brooks Institute of Photography in California, USA. Because to the Asian financial crisis in 1997, he was forced to leave school after only two years of education. He returned to Thailand to work as a model, presenter, and actor in television dramas, movies, and music videos. He first starred in Super Luk Toong on Channel 9 in 1998, followed by Queen of Luk Toong Pumpuang Duangjan ( ) on Channel 7 in 1999, and The Ridiculous Battle ( ) on Channel 3 in 2000.
Ken was well-known and well-liked for his roles in "Eternal Love" ("") with "Phiyada Akkaraseranee," "Chain of Love" (""), and "Paradise Diversion" ("") with "Ann Thongprasom." The approximate rating from "" for "Paradise Diversion" was 14.6; the finale received an 18.7.
In "2009," he returned to play on "Bangkok Traffic Love Story" (""), which was the most profitable film in 2009, with 145.5 million baht.
Ken was designated as a special Thai ambassador of "UNICEF" ("2008" - present) and a presenter of the ""White Ribbon Year Project,"" which campaigns against violence against children, women, and families. This is a project of Thailand's Ministry of "Developing Social and Stability of Humans" ("2010").

Personal life
On October 25, 2007, Theeradej married "Noi" Boosakorn Pornwannasiriwej, a prominent Thai actress. The ceremony was attended by Queen Sirikit. Noi gave birth to their first child, a boy named "Khun" Khunatum Wongpuapan, on August 17, 2008. On July 4, 2010, their second child, a son named "Jun" Thippatai Wongpuapan, was born.
Theeradej's interests include short filmmaking, photography, naturist travel, and collecting antique watches and furniture. His favorite sport is basketball.
