Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar tied the knot today at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai on Friday afternoon. The couple has been rehearsing for their dance sequences for the reception tonight.Their mehendi and haldi functions began on Wednesday.
While Rahul opted for an off-white resham and gold zardozi sherwani by Abu Jani- Sandeep Khosla, Disha looked ravishing in red ghagra from the Dancing Peacock range of the ace designer duo. Actors Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin were also spotted at the wedding ceremony.
The coupel had announced their wedding date on social media few weeks back. They posted a joint statement, informing fans about their marriage date.
Rahul had proposed to Disha Parmar on the Colors reality show BIGG BOSS last year. Towards the end of the show, when Parmar appeared on the reality show as a guest, the singer proposed to her in person. The couple was supposed to get married soon after the BIGG BOSS ended in February but plans were pushed due to the second wave of the pandemic.
