Volunteer work
Favored Nations is the main article (nonprofit)
Favored Nations was founded in 2019 by Centineo and his friend Josh Heller, a Los Angeles-based actor and lifestyle photographer. Centineo was inspired to start the nonprofit after collaborating with Omaze on a charity contest that raised $280,000; the prize was a chance to go on a walk with him and have dinner with him. Centineo is the company's CEO, and Heller is its chief marketing officer. In collaboration with celebrities and influencers, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit creates and sells a variety of merchandise. They act as a bridge between donors and charities; each donor can donate to a charity from a list that includes Black Lives Matter, Policing Equity, Know Your Rights Camp, Color of Change, The Bail Project, and the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition. Many celebrities and influencers have joined the organization's philanthropic efforts. Centineo also engaged Favored Nations in a campaign to get out the vote in the 2020 US presidential election. To increase voter participation, he and Heller opened a voting-themed art house and virtual tour.
