Nadia Afgan is a Pakistani actress who has appeared in Urdu films, television shows, and movies. She is well-known for her work in the theatre and on television. Her extensive television work includes a number of plays in both Urdu and Punjabi. She rose to prominence after appearing in the hit television series Family Front in 1997. Further success came in 2000 with the most memorable sitcom on PTV Home, Shashlik, which was later re-aired on Geo TV in 2011. Afghan rose to prominence after appearing in Hum TV's blockbuster comedy drama Suno Chanda (2018) and its sequel Suno Chanda 2 as Shahana Batool the following year.
Life and career
Nadia began her acting career at PTV Lahore Center. Later, she appeared in numerous PTV drama serials and hosted numerous shows and PTV nighttime transmissions for many years, and she is now seen in a variety of serials on all public and private channels in Pakistan. Her credits include Shashlik, Raju Rocket, and Bilqees Kaur. She also appeared in the Geo News show Banana News Network. Nadia directed the drama serial Parlour Wali Larki in 2018.
