Milo Manheim (born March 6, 2001) is an actor from the United States. He is best known for his role as Zed in the 2018 Disney Channel Original Movie Zombies, as well as its sequels Zombies 2 (2020) and Zombies 3 (2020). (2022). He finished second on season 27 of Dancing with the Stars in 2018.

Personal life

Manheim grew up in Venice, Los Angeles, California. He is the son of Camryn Manheim, an actress, and former model Jeffrey Brezovar. He is Jewish and celebrated his bar mitzvah with the Sholem Community, a secular Jewish Sunday school in Los Angeles, California. Manheim performs on guitar, drums, piano, ukulele, and various wind instruments.

Career

Manheim's acting career began when he was six years old, in a Culver City after-school program. He has appeared in 20 different musicals with Liza Monjauze Productions since 2008. In 2009, he co-starred with his mother in a three-line appearance on the CBS television series Ghost Whisperer. For his role in the musical "Generation Me," he won "Outstanding Performance in a Leading Role" at the 2017 New York Musical Theatre Festival in 2017.

Manheim was then cast as the lead in the Disney Channel television movie Zombies, which premiered on February 16, 2018. Manheim returned to the role of Zed in the sequel films, Zombies 2 (released on February 14, 2020) and Zombies 3 (released on Disney+ on July 15, 2022).

Manheim was announced as one of the celebrities competing on season 27 of Dancing with the Stars on September 11, 2018. He was paired with Witney Carson, a professional dancer. Manheim and Carson finished second in the competition on November 19, 2018, losing to radio personality Bobby Bones.
Manheim was cast as the lead opposite Peyton List in an upcoming Paramount+ series titled School Spirits in August 2022.
