Jing Tian (born July 21, 1988) is a Chinese actress. She attended the Beijing Dance Academy and the Beijing Film Academy. She is most recognized for her parts in the war epic The Warring States (2011), the action movie Special ID and Police Story 2013, and the television series The X-Files. (both in 2013). She has appeared in three Legendary Pictures films: The Great Wall (2016), Kong: Skull Island (2017), and Pacific Rim Uprising (2018). (2018). She has also been in the historical dramas Legend of Ban Shu (2015), The Glory of Tang Dynasty (2017), and the fantasy suspense thriller Rattan. (2021).
Career
Jing made her feature debut in Anaconda Frightened in 2008. The period drama The Epic of a Woman was her debut television series. She was cast as the lead in the historical drama Biography of Sun Tsu in 2009, which aired in 2013.
Jing rose to prominence in 2010 for her portrayal in the romance comedy drama My Belle Boss. She rose to prominence in 2011 for her role in the historical conflict drama The Warring States. Following that, he had a few starring parts in high-profile films, including the action flicks Special ID and Police Story 2013 (both in 2013), as well as the gambling film From Vegas to Macau. (2014).
Jing appeared as the titular character in the historical romance drama Legend of Ban Shu in 2015, with Zhang Zhehan. She starred in the historical fiction drama The Legend of Xiao Zhuang the same year. Jing appeared as the female lead in Zhang Yimou's war epic The Great Wall in 2016. Jing was cast in the Hollywood films Kong: Skull Island (2017) and Pacific Rim Uprising (2017) as a result of his fame. (2018).
Jing co-starred in the historical fiction drama The Glory of Tang Dynasty with Ren Jialun in 2017, playing Shen Zhenzhu. The drama was a success, and Jing received good feedback for her performance. Jing co-starred in the 2018 fantasy drama The King of Blaze, based on the manga series of the same name, with Chen Bolin. Jing co-starred in the road-trip romance drama Love Journey with Chen Xiao in 2019. In 2021, she starred as Si Teng in the hit fantasy suspense drama Rattan. Jing Tian was fined US$1.1 million in 2022 for advertising Infinite Free candy as a weight loss solution.

Jing Tian is the only Hollywood International Award winner in Hollywood Film Awards history. According to the press release, she won the inaugural award because her "performances have ignited the box office in her native land", and the award "was established to recognise cinematic talent from around the world and will be given every year",but the award was discontinued the following year.
Jing Tian has also been nominated for "Most Disappointing Actress" at the Golden Broom Awards (China's equivalent of Golden Raspberry Awards) three times, winning twice.
