The concept will be initiated for classes 1 to 8th once schools reopen in the State.
“The concept aims at sharing best learning activities with each other . It may provide opportunities to pick best teaching ideas, learning techniques and methods. The concept will be initiated with mutual understanding between government and private schools and it will not be mandatory for private schools to enter the concept. Still they will be pursued to take up joint learning for students exposure”, said School Education Secretary Kamal Preet Singh.
It is to noted that the twinning of schools is recently proposed under the Government of India’s New Education Policy.
