Zeynep Tuçe Bayat is a Turkish actress who was born on February 8, 1990. She is best known for her role as "Targun Hatun" in Kuruluş: Osman and the television series Afili Aşk, Baba, ilek Kokusu.

Biography

Mersin is where Bayat was born. Her family has been nomad Turkmen in the Taurus Mountains for generations. Her surname "Bayat" comes from one of the 12 Ouz tribes. She then earned a law degree from Marmara University. She graduated from Anadolu University State Conservatory's theatre department. She worked behind the scenes in private theatres during her university education, which led to her winning an award for one of her plays, Closer. Following an internship, she went to Spain to study acting at a higher level. Zeynep first appeared on television in the 2006 series Beyaz Gelincik, and she is currently starring in the popular Turkish TV series Kuruluş: Osman.

Personal life

On 24 August 2020, she married the Turkish actor Cansel Elçin.
