Tomoyo Harada (, Harada Tomoyo, born November 28, 1967 in Nagasaki, Japan) is a prominent Japanese actress, singer, and songwriter from the 1980s. She has been in various films and TV series since her debut in 1982 as the lead in the original TV series Sailorfuku to kikanju. Her debut film role was in Toki o Kakeru Shjo in 1983, for which she received the 8th Hochi Film Award for best newcomer. Early Spring Story earned her the best actress award at the 7th Yokohama Film Festival. Several further singles and albums followed.

Yukihiro Takahashi invited Harada to join the pop electronica band "pupa" as a vocalist in the summer of 2007. Hiroshi Takano, Ren Takada, Hirohisa Horie, and Tomohiko Gondo are also members.
