21-year-old Sanchi Rai is one of the most stunning and audacious actresses, having starred in acclaimed films like Zoya Based on Triple Talaq and Fareeb 2.
Without a doubt, she won the hearts of her admirers with her flawless performance, and now fans may rejoice since she has returned in the international English-Arabic web series "Slave Market". Slave Market, written by Heba Mashari Hamada and directed by award-winning Tunisian filmmaker Lassaad Oueslati, has been released in several languages.
So, how about Sanchi? She plays the role named ‘Kamala’, a 20-year-old expecting mother, in the film. The actress had to constantly lug around a fake bomb and shoot in a room with no windows or air conditioning, all of which made it difficult for her to catch her breath, but the rest of the cast rallied around her and made it possible for her to pull off such a demanding part.
