Rucha Hasabnis Jagdale (born February 8, 1988) is an Indian actress best known for her role as Rashi Shah Modi in Star Plus's popular soap opera Saath Nibhana Saathiya from 2010 to 2014.Hasabnis later left performing to marry businessman Rahu Jagdale and focus on her family in 2015. During the COVID-19 shutdown in 2020, musician and YouTuber Yashraj Mukhate composed a Rasode mein kaun tha rap using her renowned dialogues as 'Rashiben' from Saath Nibhana Saathiya, which led in its re-run. She gave birth to a girl on December 10, 2019, whom she called Ruhi, and a son on November 7, 2022.Ronit is the name she gave to her kid.
Her acting career began in 2009 with the Marathi serial Chaar Choughi, in which she played Devika.
Hasabnis' breakthrough role was as Rashi Modi in the drama series Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, which she portrayed from 2010 until 2014.
Rucha revealed in 2021, in an interview with the Times of India and Glitz Vision USA, that she is ready to make a comeback on television and is looking for an excellent story.
Hasabnis was born on February 8, 1988, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She married Rahul Jagdale on January 26, 2015, and thereafter took a hiatus from acting. She gave birth to a daughter on December 10, 2019. She gave birth to a son on November 7, 2022.
She reappeared in 2020 with a brief screen shoot.
