Melisa enolsun was born in zmir on September 24, 1996. enolsun attended Istanbul University State Conservatory after graduating from zmir Gelişim College Anatolian High School. Efecan enolsun, her older brother, is also an actor. She became interested in acting at a young age after seeing her older sister perform on stage. She began performing in theater plays at the age of six. Aside from acting, she spent years studying gymnastics and ballet. She made her television debut in 2015, playing the character Hande in the series Tatl Küçük Yalanclar. She used to work at the Uur Mumcu Bornova State Theatre. She was then cast as the character "Sude" in Kiralk Aşk. Her first leading role was as "Ceren" opposite Mert Yazcolu in the series Umuda Kelepçe Vurulmaz. In 2018, she made her television debut as Rüya Kran in the series Nefes Nefese.

Babam, directed by Nihat Durak, was enolsun's first cinematic experience. Her breakthrough role was in the Netflix original series Atiye. In 2021, she starred in the series Masumlar Apartman as Rüya, a delicate but reckless young woman who is thrust into peril.

enolsun had been dating actor Ozan Dolunay for almost three and a half years before the couple split up in 2019. After the breakup, she began dating Umut Evirgen.
