Lesley Beador, the estranged spouse of "Real Housewives of Orange County" star David Beador, allegedly withdrew his divorce file on Tuesday, prompting her to assert that she is now the one who is doing the filing.
The actress, 38, posted a photo of her cradling her and David's daughter, Anna Love, on a beach with the caption "I am filing for divorce."
Even if this is not what I had anticipated, it is the best course of action.

The Superior Court of California in Orange County spokeswoman, however, exclusively disclosed to Page Six last week that no motions to dismiss David's divorce petition had been made.
We were also informed that, according to online records, there was no request in the filing queue and no proof of a dismissal in the court docket.
David continues to be named as the petitioner and Lesley as the respondent in their divorce action as of Wednesday morning. Lesley did not appear to have a separate petition, despite what she stated on Instagram.
Page Six contacted David, his lawyer, and his estranged ex for comment, but none of them responded right away.
On Wednesday, Lesley hinted in a cryptic Instagram Story that she has "a lot to tell" and will do so "one day."
For the time being, she said, "I'm going to concentrate on laughing with friends & spending all of my free time with my lovely kiddies."
According to court documents previously obtained by Page Six, David separated from Lesley on September 15 and filed for divorce on the same day.
He asked for shared legal and physical custody of Anna Love and cited irreconcilable disagreements as the reason.
Lesley and David have been wed for almost two years. Oct. 2020 will see their wedding.
The proprietor of a construction company was previously wed to "RHOC" star Shannon Beador, with whom he has three daughters: Sophie, 20, and the twins Stella and Adeline, both of whom are 18 years old.
