JoJo Siwa has once more used the internet to talk about her experience coming out. She explained how she discovered she was gay this time.
Siwanatorz will recall that in January 2021, through a series of posts on TikTok and Instagram, the former Dance Moms star came out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. JoJo later revealed in a People interview: "I'm still unsure of who I am. I feel like I need to solve it. Bisexual, pansexual, queer, lesbian, or gay, I don't know ". Siwa continued by stating that she refers to herself as gay, pansexual, and queer when describing her identity. JoJo is now talking openly about how she accepted her sexuality and how Jenna Dewan and Demi Lovato helped her along the way.
In a TikTok video published on October 4, JoJo relates her experience while the hit song "Super Freaky Girl" by Nicki Minaj plays in the background, following the craze for clock apps.
"Demi Lovato released the song "Cool for the Summer" when I was 12 years old. I constantly listened to it because I truly, really liked it. When I was younger, I had no idea what it meant, but now that I'm older, I do. Then Jenna Dewan participated in Lip Sync Battle a few years later. She performed a fantastic Magic Mike number. Each day I watched it."
"Little me," JoJo admits, "didn't realise she was homosexual until, a couple years later, a man had my first date and he wanted to have sex with me and I did not want to, never wanted to, grossed out by the concept of it, immediately recognised males are not my thing, ladies are my job, must go."
The judge for America's Got Talent has previously been seen dating TikToker Mark Bontempo. In August 2020, the couple declared their relationship. They broke up in November of that same year, with JoJo claiming that they were "still friends." JoJo has since started relationships with Kylie Prew and Avery Cyrus.
