Jigyasa Singh (born June 25, 1994) is a television actress from India. She is most recognized for her roles as Thapki in Thapki Pyar Ki and Thapki Pyar Ki 2, as well as Heer Singh in Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.
Singh was born in Dehradun, India, and received his early education there. She attended school in Jaipur. Delhi University awarded her a master's degree in journalism.
Career
Singh made her Zee Marudhara debut as Alia in Chore Tera Gaon Bada Pyaara. She then played Supriya in Channel V India's episodic series Gumrah: End of Innocence.
She played Vaani "Thapki" Chaturvedi and Bani Malhotra in Colors TV's Thapki Pyar Ki from May 2015 to July 2017. Singh debuted as Dhwani Karchiwala on Colors TV's Dev 2 in 2018. She portrayed Tara Khanna in Star Plus's Nazar in 2019.
She debuted as Heer Singh in Colors TV's Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki in January 2020. She left the program in August 2021 to play Thapki again in the spiritual successor to Thapki Pyar Ki, Thapki Pyar Ki 2, which premieres on Colors TV in October 2021. Due to health difficulties, she left the show in February 2022.
