The former basketball player divorced reality star Khloe, 38, in 2016 after seven years of marriage due to his substance abuse issues.
The post's caption read: "I miss my closest friend. memories for a lifetime."
The NBA star added that he will "pay" for the "mistakes" he made in his marriage for the rest of his life after receiving criticism for the post. The NBA star is the father of Destiny, 24, and Lamar Jr., 20, with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales. Khloe is the mother of True, 4, and a two-month-old son with ex-partner Tristan Thompson.
