Hina Altaf Khan (Urdu: ; born 2 January 1992), better known as Hina Aagha, is a Pakistani television actress, presenter, and former video jockey. Altaf briefly hosted the teen show Girl's Republic on ARY Musik. She is best known for her roles in Udaari as Zebo, Dil-e-Jaanam as Eshal, Aatish as Asma, Dil-e-Gumshuda as Zara, and Rabba Mainu Maaf Kareen as Zoya.

Hina Altaf was born on January 2, 1992, in the metropolitan city of Karachi.

Altaf married Agha Ali, with whom she worked in Dil-e-Gumshuda, on May 22, 2020. (2019).

Altaf made her television debut as a VJ in her career. On MTV Pakistan, she briefly hosted the teen show Girls Republic. In 2015, she made her acting debut as a supporting character in the melodrama Maryam Kese Jiye on ARY Digital.

She went on to star as the titular character in the 2015 romance Ek Thi Misaal, and she rose to prominence as a rape victim in the highly successful social drama Udaari (2016), which is one of the highest-rated Urdu dramas of all time. Altaf has since starred in a number of television series, including the romantic dramas Dil-e-Jaanam (2017), Gumrah (2017), Pagli (2017), Aatish (2018), and Dil-e-Gumshuda (2018). (2019).

Altaf made a brief appearance on Hum TV in one episode of Angeline Malik's directorial anthology series Ustani Jee. She was also seen as a simple housewife opposite Hammad Farooqui in Rabba Mainu Maaf Kareen (2020) and as Husna in Geo Entertainment's Dikhawa (2020). In 2019, Altaf co-hosted the fourth season of the musical show Battle of the Bands with actor Ali Safina. In 2019, she launched her own YouTube channel, where she regularly posts vlogs and behind-the-scenes videos from her project shoots. Altaf was named the Sexiest Asian Woman by Eastern Eye in 2019.

Hina Altaf is a very popular Pakistani television actress. She was born and brought up in Karachi, Pakistan.

Hina Altaf, during an interview, revealed that she started working at a very young age to help and support her family. Her mother was suffering from some mental illness, and her brother was doing the his studies at that time.

Hina Altaf began her television career with MTV Pakistan’s show “VJ Hunt” and became the runner-up of the show. Later, she was seen as a VJ in many television shows, but she grabbed all the limelight for her show “Breaking Weekend.” In the show, she had a heart-to-heart conversation with her guests. Apart from being a VJ, she also became part of many fashion campaigns. She walked the runway for almost all the top designers in the country.
Hina Altaf made her acting debut with ARY Digital’s drama “Maryam Kasay Jeey” in 2015. Hina played the role of Maryam in the show alongside Sana Askari, Shagufta Ejaz, Imran Aslam, and Hassan Ahmed. She received a warm response from viewers regarding her fine acting skills in the show.

By the age of 21, she had started living independently; however, according to Hina, she supported her family in every possible way. She also inked a tattoo of the name of a doctor named Altaf who helped her to come out of depression and move ahead in life.
