Dur-e-Fishan Saleem (born 14 January 1996) is a Pakistani television actress who works in Urdu. She made her acting debut in Hum TV's Dil Ruba (2020), for which she was nominated for Best Emerging Talent at the Lux Style Awards. Bharaas (2020-21) and Pardes are two of her other notable works (2021).
Saleem rose to prominence after starring as Mehak Shamsher in ARY Digital's dramatic Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi alongside Danish Taimoor (2022).
Fishan was born in Lahore on January 14, 1996. In the 2000s, her father, Saleem-ul-Hassan, directed and produced television serials for PTV through his production company Digital Media.
She received her primary and secondary education in Lahore and will graduate with an LLB from Universal College London in 2020. In 2019, she relocated to Karachi to pursue a career in acting.
Saleem made her acting debut in Momina Duraid's 2020 serial Dil Ruba as a supporting character. She then appeared in Bharaas as the female protagonist alongside Omer Shehzad and Furqan Qureshi, but this did not advance her career. Saleem went on to play Aimem in Marina Khan's Pardes and a CSS officer in Momina Duraid's Juda Huway Kuch Is Tarhan.
Her breakthrough came with the dramatic Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi, in which she starred as Mahek Shamsher in Ahmed Bhatti's directing alongside Danish Taimoor, and which became one of the top rated and viewed television serials on YouTube during its run, despite mixed reviews from critics and audiences.
