David Beador filed for divorce last week, but according to Lesley Beador, he has already withdrew the application.
However, an Orange County Superior Court public information officer tells Page Six that "at this time," no requests to dismiss have been made.
According to online records, the spokesperson also confirmed on Wednesday that there was no evidence of the supposed dismissal request in the case docket and that no request was scheduled to be filed.

Since David does not use social media, he has not personally responded to the allegations.

He did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment on whether he intended to file a dismissal or informed Lesley that he did, and neither did his lawyer.
Lesley has also declined to comment when Page Six has asked her about the contradiction between what she claims in her Instagram Story and what the court informed us.
On September 15, David submitted a petition for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, according to court documents Page Six was able to get.
The proprietor of a construction company had just been 23 months into his marriage to his wife.
He previously wed Shannon Beador, a "Real Housewives of Orange County" actress, with whom he had three daughters: Sophie, 20, and Stella and Adeline, twins, both 18 years old.

David's first marriage ended after he acknowledged on the popular Bravo series that he had an affair with Shannon, 58. 2019 saw the finalisation of their divorce after almost 20 years of marriage.
Later, David met Lesley, and the two got married in October 2020. In February 2021, they welcomed their first daughter, Anna Love.
It is unknown if David has changed his mind because the date of separation was set as Sept. 15, the same day he filed.
