Chelsea Kane Staub, an American actress and singer, was born on September 15, 1988. She is well-known for playing Riley Perrin in the Freeform sitcom Baby Daddy and Stella Malone in the Disney Channel sitcom Jonas. In the Disney Channel animated comedy Fish Hooks, she also provided the voice of Bea Goldfishberg.
Early Years
On September 15, 1988, Chelsea Kane Staub was born in Phoenix, Arizona. The sole child of John and Becky Staub is Kane. At Valley Youth Theatre, she was employed.
Career
Failure of Pamela Salt, a 2001 short film, marked Kane's professional acting debut. She then appeared as a guest star on the TV show Cracking Up, Listen Up!, Summerland's premiere, and the 2004 direct-to-video movie Arizona Summer.
In the movie Bratz in 2007, Kane played Meredith Baxter Dimly, the villain, in her debut theatrical film role. Two of the songs featured on the soundtrack were also sung by her.
She played Stephanie Jameson in Minutemen in 2008. Additionally, she starred in the 2010 Disney Channel original movie Starstruck and made an appearance in one episode of Wizards of Waverly Place ("The Supernatural"). In the Disney Channel series Jonas, she portrayed Stella Malone, the stylist and longtime best friend of the band J.O.N.A.S. The television show ran from 2009 to 2010. In the Disney Channel animated comedy Fish Hooks, Kane voiced Bea Goldfishberg from 2010 until 2014.
Kane filmed an episode of the John Cabrera-written and -directed web series "The Homes" in 2010. On Lockerz.com, the series made its debut on January 27, 2011. In the 12th season of the American ballroom competition Dancing with the Stars, Kane participated as a celebrity contestant. Mark Ballas, a two-time series champion, was her business partner. She competed in the season finale, but came in third behind Kirstie Alley and Hines Ward.
Kane was a recurring character in the cast of One Tree Hill's last season on The CW in 2011. She portrayed Tara, a love interest for Kane's fictional ex-boyfriend Chase played by Stephen Colletti. In the Freeform sitcom Baby Daddy, Kane co-starred as Riley Perrin from 2012 to 2017.
