The specific phrase used was that her return is "anticipated much sooner rather than later," however there is some anticipation Charlotte could appear given that Ronda Rousey issued an open challenge on Friday's SmackDown.
Flair hasn't been on WWE TV since May's WrestleMania Backlash. There has been much speculation over her potential return, but she hasn't made another WWE appearance since losing the SmackDown Women's Championship to Ronda Rousey at the pay-per-view. If Charlotte appeared on the show as it airs on FS1 this week, it would make sense that she may take issue with the defeat and the crowd would go wild.

It's improbable that she will be in St. Louis in time if that is the case and the photos are current. She might not even make a return to SmackDown at all.

Since The Queen left WWE, her absence has been felt. She is without a doubt one of the best athletes in the division, and the roster could really benefit from her star power to help the other female athletes rise to the occasion. What will WWE want her to do in stories, I wonder?
It has been said that Charlotte wants to know what the corporation has in store for her in terms of creativity, and Triple H is unlikely to put her on television without a plan. It's unlikely she will show up until that strategy is established. and Co. won't bring her back to our screens unless they have plans for her.
