Aymen Saleem (born January 13, 1993) is a Pakistani model and actress who has appeared in Urdu television shows. She made her acting debut as Ramisha aka Mishi in Hum TV's Ramadan special Chupke Chupke (2020).
After one year, Saleem will make her television debut as Pernia in another Ramadan drama Paristan in 2022. She can currently be seen on Hum TV as Aliya in the feminism romance Ibn-e-Hawwa.
Aymen was born in Karachi and received his early education there. She is the late Pakistani singer Nazia Hassan's niece. Saleem Yousuf, her father, is a former Pakistani cricketer. Karachi Grammar School was where she completed her A-levels. In 2017, she graduated from Wharton School of Business University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in business with double majors in finance and strategic management.
In 2010, Aymen attempted to set a Guinness World Record by fitting herself and 18 other girls into a smart car with closed doors for 19 seconds.
Career
She began her career as an intern for the investment bank J.P. Morgan before moving on to work as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she dealt with and advised Middle Eastern governments and ministries, developing policies for Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the MENA region as a whole.
She starred alongside Ayeza Khan, Osman Khalid Butt, Arslan Naseer, and Mira Sethi in the Hum TV production Chupke Chupke, which aired in 2021. Her second project was Ibn-e-Hawwa, which she collaborated on with Hira Mani and Shehzad Sheikh. She starred alongside Arslan Naseer once more in HumTv's Ramzan drama Paristan (TV series).
