Ivan Reitman has been identified by Anna Faris as the director she claimed of inappropriate behaviour and touching on set in 2017. On the episode of Lena Dunham's "Anna Faris Is Unqualified" podcast that aired on Wednesday, October 15, Anna asked Lena if it would be okay to "speak ill of the dead," before bringing up her work on 2006's "My Super Ex-Girlfriend," which was directed by the late "Ghostbusters" and "Meatballs" director. Well, working with Ivan Reitman was one of my most difficult film experiences, Anna stated. She added, "He was a yeller. The thought of trying to do a comedy under this, like, reign of terror... he was a yeller." Every day he would bring someone down, and on the first day it was me. Uma Thurman appeared in the first scene that Anna filmed. However, she claimed that a hairstylist's leak of wig adhesive from a container into her outfit caused her to be 20 to 25 minutes late for the shoot. If Ivan shouted at her, Anna remembered: "Man, I'm standing in the midst of a well-lit street. It's a night shoot, you know. Ivan is simply knocking me out. He said, "Annie" — the name he had always given me — "You can't play like that around here." I advised, "Don't do that." Stop crying. Do not cry. I also felt defensive, hurt, indignant, and humiliated." Anna claims that she eventually asked Ivan whether he had not heard about the wig glue incident, which was the result of someone else's carelessness and not her own. "He kind of simply stopped talking at that time, and he later moved behind the camera. But then he also smacked my a** later. That was an odd circumstance "She spoke.
