Ankita Bhargava Patel, popularly known as Ankita Karan Patel, is an Indian television actress who was born on August 17, 1984. She is well-known for her roles as Princess Unnati in Dekha Ek Khwaab, Latika in Ek Nayi Pehchaan, Shipra in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay on Star Plus, and many others. She has been in over 50 commercials and has played major roles in films such as Akira and Action Jackson. She is the daughter of TV stars Abhay and Kiran Bhargava.
Ankita married Karan Patel on May 3, 2015, in Mumbai. On the 14th of December 2019, their first child was born.
Career
Ankita first debuted in the 15th episode of STAR Plus's Sanjivani in 2002. She rose to prominence as Shipra in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay on Star Plus.
