According to court filings, Jaime King's former husband is in such bad financial health that he is heavily indebted and on the verge of going without a home.
Kyle Newman asserts that the "Heart of Dixie" actress has not yet paid the $429 monthly for child support and the $1,000 monthly for spousal support that the court has mandated.
Additionally, he claims that the actress is hiding her income, has frozen the $1.5 million sale profits from their family home, and "decimated" their common property retirement accounts by withdrawing over $500,000 from them, according to TMZ.
